The turns it is on about are the ones with the green/yellow/red sections on them. I am not sure if what point you turn in affects this achievement but I just got them all in the green section and it isn't that hard.
As you go on the track just make sure you are on the noted side of the track before the coloured section on the track. (I took one corner on the inside but was actually on the line between the inside and middle lane when entering the coloured sections and I did not get the achievement.
So the turns on this track are in the following order:
Right
Left
Right
Left
(Take the left-hand fork in the track)
Left
Right
Left
One thing to note is that I found it easiest to line myself up for the next turn as soon as I had come out of the previous one. Another note is that I always took the left path when given a chance.
Once you cross the line you should get the achievement.

In order to successfully take a turn you need to point 
or tilt the move controller in the direction of the turn when your bike is in the green zone. The word perfect will show up on your screen if you do it successfully. Just do this on the inside lane for each turn and you will get the trophy at the end of the race. I recommend doing this on the first track, Rickety Splits, because it had less turns than the other two tracks. This can be done either by staying in the middle lane until you see which way you have to turn or you can pause and look at the list of the turns below while you are racing.
