Simple really with the little amount of people who actually play the game.
From the menu's select
'Adrenaline Lab' > 'Challenge Hub' > 'My Challenges'/'Friends Challenges' > Choose Any > 'Attempt This Challenge'
Now all you need to do is beat the challenge. I find the rock climbing ones easier as you can pretty much just jump all the way up (aside from moving left and right once or twice).
