Overtake:
I'm pretty sure you complete all the dynamic objectives on your way to level 30.
For Overtake and Initimidate, you have to be at least in position 2, but you don't have that much time to complete your goal... in position 8 you have way more time to overtake the first place racer as an example... so it's easier to complete. I think it's not necessary to drive in a bad position, just to complete this goal... just play the career and you have many races to complete, so you have also plenty of chances to complete this objective in position 2. If you reach level 25 and you still not compete this objective, maybe you wanna try the bad position method.

Intimidate:
With slipstreaming you can fill your Initimidate bar easily...try to stay behind the chosen racer and you should be fine... sometimes i completed this objective without even trying, but sometimes its also bit difficult, because it really depend on the situation and current track.

Racing line:
at the begining i failed the racing line objective most of the times, because i don't pay much attention to the start point of this objective... if you start this objective and drive to far way from the starting line, the objective is failed in 2 seconds... so you better watch your current objectives... if you see the racing line one, pay attention to checkpoint, stay in the near of the line and drive a bit slower than usual... you can't fail this objective by driving to slow...

Average speed AND Top speed:
Both objectives are very easy to complete most of the times... yes, i also managed it to fail the speed objectives... but it was my own fault, because i tried to drive faster than usual and end up with going of the track... just drive like you usually do and you should complete this goal without much effort.

For all objectives:
don't use the rewind function with an activated objective, because you fail your objective instantly.

Dynamic objectives are:
1. Top speed
2. Average speed
3. Racing line
4. Intimidate
5. Overtake

Notes:
- Dynamic Objectives only appear in Career Mode
- The lower the difficulty setting the easier it is to get the objective (not only the AI becomes slower but also the topspeed/average speed needed becomes less)
- Be sure to put the racing line on (found in Main Menu -> Options -> Display Settings) to get the racing line objective
- The intimidate and overtake objectives can only pop up if you ride behind other riders.

This achievement is annoying but it will come in time. The objectives are:

1. Top speed,
2. Racing line,
3. Average speed,
4. Intimidate, and
5. Overtake.

The first four are straight forward but the overtake one is annoying because it doesn't pop up that much. Just hang back in the pack, 12/13th something like that, this makes it easier to overtake the guy a couple of positions in front of you. You have a time limit. If the objective isn't the one you want at least you still have a lap to try a catch up with the leaders.
