How to unlock the Wind Tunnel achievement in MotoGP 09/10 - Definitive Guide
This is how I did it: Put chrono test with nicky hayden at Mugello. Then in the setting box you put it: Report differential = 50, first = 100, 2nd = 38, 3rd = 15, 4th = 9 = 6 5th, 6th = 5.
Then you take a straight line to the starting bitumen that this is the first big right.

Good call. I'd also like to add that if you don't get it on your first pass, you can just turn around and make another run at that huge front stretch on Mugello in reverse, and then again until you get it.

I did it with Randy DePuniet on Mugello arcade mode because his bike has the best acceleration and the fastest top speed.
Stay behind 3rd or 4th, let them get quite far in front of you on the last corner then accelerate as hard as you can without going off the track and as you catch up to them, slipstream them and this should give you that extra 10mph you need. You don't have to make the corner so feel free to crash.
If you don't do it first time, don't get dishearted. It is easy to catch back up to them again to have another attempt.

I used same rider and same track,
except i ran down the straight backwards (giving myself a 2 corner run up to get up to speed),
and as the straight is downhill when you go backwards the speed is easily achieved
