How to unlock the 125cc Elite achievement in MotoGP 10/11 - Definitive Guide

I strongly advise going for the insane difficulty achievements in world championship mode, not career mode.

Focus on gaining prestige for reputation level 30 and building up money for the staff achievements and all career mode achievements can be earned towards the end of the second 125cc season. Adding a season each for insane difficulty, it adds up to 5 seasons total.
In career mode, it is close to impossible to win with a non-upgraded bike on insane and get an A-rating at the same time (using rewind lowers the rating quite a lot) so the first season of each class is needed to upgrade the bike to a competitive level.

Marc Márquez is probably the best choice as rider (2010 125cc championship winner).
There are a total of 17 races in 125cc class.

Some tips:

- Race 3 laps, turn on all driving assists except auto brake.
- Skip qualifying, it's not easy to get pole and it doesn't help much.
- Try to take an early lead by cutting the first few corners (there are no penalities) and using your opponents as guard railing.
- Abuse the rewind feature. There is no penality for using it in world championship mode, so if you mess up a corner - rewind.
- Use both brakes (LT: front brake, X: rear brake). The rear brake is especially useful during corners.
- I found that crashing into riders or pushing them off-track is not much help because other riders will build up a lead making it much more diffcult to reach first place. Not worth it.
- It is possible to restart a race if you need to.
- Unfortunately, there is no way to retire from/skip races.
- The (free) 2011 season update DLC is not required for anything.

Overall, "insane" is surprisingly easy!

Hi everyone.
Here are some tips for the insane achievements:

1. You need to download the season pass which can be found on the marketplace.

2. You have to play world championship mode.

3. And everytime you are about to get around a corner try and crash into the 1st place if you fail rewind. Keep on doing that that is probably the easiest way.

4. And for bike and racers just use the fastest one there is for each class season.

5. And for qualifying that doesn't even matter i qualifyed in last place in all races and i had no problems at all.

Few usefull tips

1. If you are confident about your skills you can try attack any Insane achievemnt in your 1st season in each class but it's much better to play one season on easy and upgrade you bike to max and if it's 1st ever seson in game play in all qualify and practice sessions and get A ratings in all.

If you want get rep level 30 after 1st season and therefore best Engineers and PR Managers play on Moderate, set laps to 5 and tire ware to ON, get A rating in all sessions and play wildcard races on Insane (they are easy). Game isn't significant harder with those settings but you will get 2x more rep than on easy

2. If you still need more rep play through all Wild Card races (also on Insane) - they are much easier to win than stardard career races.
If you need more time for qualify set weekend for more laps - each settings extend qul/practice session time by 2-3 mins.

3. If you can't place high in qualif don't worry, AI in race drives significant worse, with fully upgrade bike my usual starting position was still around 20-25th place after 1-2 turns I was first :).

5. If you don't care about reputation you can use Rewind & Second chance without harming sponsors objectives but only if you didn't crash before using it. If you for example went off track and/or someone evertook you you can use it,

6. Get rid of sponsors which pay you for beeing high in qualify session; it's really hard to win it, better way are sponsors which pay for taking 2nd or 1st place in race (but you have to do it without crashing and using Rewind).

7. As for bike settings only ones I cared about was seting Wheelbase around 1465 mm for better manuverability, seting overall gear ratio by few points to left and 3 top gears by few points to right.
