Ok so this achievement requires 20 people, the thing is there isn't many people that have this game and neither it is a popular game but it is obtainable if people had a gathering like they did on moto gp 09/10.
For this also it might require patience and some sorting of people to host the game because the servers aren't really good so it will take a few or more tries to get the achievement for 20+ in a session.
Furthermore 20 people MUST be still in the game once the player who crosses the finishing line and waits for the loading screen to pop the achievement, so if 19 people were in the game and 1 was missing while someone crossed the line for the achievement it won't count.
On moto gp 09/10 19 people stayed on the grid while 1 person went round the track to finish the race for the achievement, this way it helped the game not lag so this might be helpful for when doing this.
This achievement though is doable, if 347+ people have this game then I'm sure with a few sessions here and there I'm sure people will be able to obtain this.
