This can be done within 3 minutes of starting the game. When you start up the game head into career mode, this will launch you into the tutorial -you can pause to skip this (retire).
From here you'll be brought to the career menu and you'll have the achievement in less than 30 seconds.
Head into "branding" and then "team appearance"; inside this menu are all the features you need to customise. Go into each one in turn and select a different option from the default, I selected the second one down on each list. On the colour picker menu make sure to change all 3 colours and then the achievement is yours.
