It took a while for me to figure out how to pop this at first. You will need to turn pretty much all assists OFF, in order for you to be able to pop this achievement. Then just start a time trial on any map with a MotoGP motorbike and gather some speed, then pull LS backwards and make a wheelie for 500 feet.
