You need to get to level 30 and to have around 500k banked in career mode, since the staff members also need to be hired, not only to be paid on pay day, and that will cost. To get the right amount of money in a shorter time, I fired all of my staff (and stopped researching) right after reaching level 30
To get the achievement it should be enough to hire 6 engineers (at least 2 lvl 30 ones, the highest the best for the other ones) and 2 PRs (the average pay for lvl 30 PRs is 15k, for lvl 30 engineers is over 30k).
Before playing the next event (and moving to pay day so) verify that ur payday total is over 200k $, by moving onto the square with $ on ur career calendar. The achievement will pop up when u start loading the race that comes after payday.

Obtain Rider Level 30 and you will get all the level 30 staff which give you better PR Mangers and Engineers who in turn charge around 20-40k so fill up your staff with level 30s and 29s and this will unlock come payday.
