Go from town to town buying 6 different types of food i.e. Sausages, Grapes, Grain etc (foods usually raise the morale of your party).
When you have 6 different types of food in your inventory at once click on a village a fair bit away from where you are (so a day or so passes in game) and your troops will eat a bit of each of the different types of food, unlocking the achievement.
