This achievement is straight forward yet tiresome. It requires you to manually be the one attacking enemies and kill/wounding them. Not your troops and you can't get this by simming battles at.
the best way to do this is by grinding out tournaments/participating in the arenas in the cities. If you want to make quick money bet on yourself as well while your here. The best attacks to use for easy enemy draining are the overhead attack and the thrust attack motions. If you're grinding it out right, you should also get some experience in your combat skills.
