This can be difficult to obtain in normal combat as all the enemies are moving around making them hard to hit. Luckily you can do this in tournaments.
Enter a tournamnet in Khergit Khanate's land (Nalla, Halmar, Tulga and Ichamur are the starting ones but it will chnage as you progress.). The reason you enter here is because most of the tournamnets here are ranged weapons only. So you get on horseback and only use eiher Bow and Arrow or a thrown weapon.
If you get Bow and Arrow, sit on your horse and pick the enemies off. The best part about tournaments is the arena is small so the A.I have a hard time stopping and end up running into walls. Just get as close to them as you want when they have ran into a wall and hit them with a few arrows.
I don't have the achievement yet but I have been doing this and in 1 tournament I got it from 24% to 48%.

Nice one. So far I'm thinking a majority of the kill achievements are easiest in the tourneys, except maybe the shot challenges.

The shot challenges are mostly based on distance so they're probably impossible in tournaments, except maybe Gambit.
