Mount & Blade: Warband

Easy way to do this is start as a female character (obv) and go to the arena. You can fight people until they knock you out, then jump straight back in with full health. It'll also be fairly easy to keep track of how many people you've killed because there's a little counter in the top left corner showing how many people you've killed and how many are left.
