MouseBot: Escape from CatLab (EP)

Disclaimer: This is not a full guide for the achievement. It is simply a tip to help out with a single troublesome level.

So anyone playing through the game may reach level 5-10 and wonder how on earth to get the time medal. Well, playing it normally, i only managed to get a time of 0:50.26, and I tried playing this way for a good 1-2 hours before i realised that it likely wasn't possible. I knew the time was achievable though, given that someone had already completed the game before it had even released, so i started to improvise a little. The method I settled on can be used to fairly easily beat the medal time.

To do the method, simply jump early before a corner, and turn into the direction of said corner. Once hitting the floor, side step (you should be past the corner upon landing this if done correctly) and then immediately jump forward to maintain your momentum. A video of a run on the level is shown below.

Hopefully this helps people on this seemingly impossible level at first glance.

And also just for clarity, no other level in the game requires weird jump strats like this. Simply keep your corners clean and the others should be fairly straight forward.
