For Secret Crystal 3, we need to play Level 7. Levels unlock as you play the game, so you'll need to get through the previous levels to get here.
Very easy. See the block to your left? Push it up two spaces and grab your hard-earned Secret Crystal 3.

EDIT: if this happens for you wait around an hour or so & try again, should end up working
got the crystal on normal playthrough but it didn't unlock & reloading level 7 won't respawn it

Push the one box next to your starting position up two spaces so it settles into the hole. Then, walk across the box bridge to collect the secret crystal.
