Another simple achievement, but I'll post a solution for those like me who like to look into the secret achievements before purchasing the game.
This one comes naturally with progress through the game. You need to spent a cumulative total of 5 minutes in midair. I unlocked it maybe 40 minutes into the game as I was racing the first boss.
