The fastest way is racing time trial.
My track is called Best & Shortest.
Race 101 Laps then press Start then Main Menu.
You will get 500.000 XP after 101 laps.
Do not race more laps then 101 laps because you can not get more then 500.000 XP per session.
Rinse and Repeat.

You need 10,427,500 XP for 100 lvl.

Hi, if you want all the achievements in the game, you must do 2 seasons on career.
You start your first season on MX2 and the second on MXGP. At the end of the second season, you'll be around level 30.
At this point, you can continue career mode or do quick races. The fatest is to play again and again Grand Prix in quick races. Race on your own track or on short tracks created by the communeauty.
You will find many tracks called "easy money" or "easy xp". Play on it until the level 100.
One more tips is to not use rewind as you win more xp.
It also works for the money because you win money each time you level up.
