Very simple achievement.
In bike setup, change your gear ratio to low, this increases acceleration by replacing the sprocket with a smaller one.
On the start line, hold the Gas, RT down fully and push forward on the right stick to lean the riders weight over the handlebars. Hold in down all the way until near the end of the start straight.
For the corner, it Is actually better turning at speed with the left stick only because the games physics occasionally throw you off when you lean with the riders weight.
You should get this achievement after being first round the first corner 10 times.
