This is done before you start a Practice, Qualifying or Race session. You will be on a screen when you view your bike reading "GO TO TRACK", but before you do, go right to the man and it'll read "BIKE SET-UP", this is where you need to enter to earn this achievement and the very moment you do it'll unlock, you do not have to customise anything.
