Go to Single Player and go into Stadium Series there you will find Grand Prix. Pick easy difficulty and pick Football Arena 2. Simply win the race and the achievement will unlock

This can be done online or offline. Online is easier as you do not have to beat the AI, but if you have an upgraded bike you can do this easily against Easy AI. Just win the race and the trophy will unlock at the race results screen.
