To get this trophy you will need to have unlocked the Yellow Piranha. Fish unlock as time passes (real time, not game time), so this can be manipulated if you wish. You can do this by either loading up the game, then exiting back to the XMB and putting your consoles date forward a year and loading the game back up, which should also unlock
Or you can just load the game up every few days. I did it this way and it took one week before I had the correct fish.
When you have unlocked your Yellow Piranha just choose any tank using L1 or R1, go to the Aqua Center, Add Fish and choose Yellow Piranha (the second last fish on the first page). Press X on it to select it, then X again to add it to the tank. Then press O to go back to the Aqua Center and get the trophy.

You unlock the Yellow Piranha by playing the game over a period of time (or changing the system clock to a different date repeatedly).
