Hop onto the skateboard and keep moving forward at full speed. You'll come across your first enemy just below you, keep your speed and you'll fall off the skateboard just in front of the enemy. Face the enemy, "Flip" the skateboard and "Kick" it in his face.
Alternate method to getting this is moving at full speed and just before dropping down, slow down a little bit and fall onto the enemy. The timing is a bit finnicky and sometimes won't kill the enemy, if this happens, just kick it at him.

Right at the start of the level, hop onto the skateboard and keep your speed up.


After falling down, "Flip" the board until you get a "Kick" prompt.


"Kick" the board for a "Think-Fast" kill.
