This trophy tasks you with getting all the Cold Island specific monsters. This means you do not have to buy or breed all the monsters that you have already obtained on Plant Island. Unfortunately, you will have to breed monsters you had on Plant Island to get the last few Cold Island Monsters. The monsters on Cold Island are listed below, but you only have to get the monsters in bold for the trophy:

3. Toe Jammer (Water)
4. Mammott (Ice)
5. Dandidoo (Wind, Plant)
6. Quibble (Wind, Ice)
7. Pango (Wind, Ice)
8. Oaktopus (Plant, Water)
9. Furcorn (Plant, Ice)
10. Maw (Water, Ice)
11. Spunge (Wind, Plant, Water)
12. Thumpies (Wind, Plant, Ice)
