You will be able to buy Cold Island after you have reached level 4. Cold Island costs 200,000 gold and will have to be bought to gain access to the middle three islands. If you tap the “Map” icon on the lower right of the screen it will bring up a menu showing all the islands you can buy. Select Cold Island and buy it once you have saved up enough gold.
