For this trophy you will have to get all the Air Island exclusive monsters. Like the trophy Baby, it’s cold outside, I listed all the monsters and put the ones that are required for the trophy in bold. Here is the list:

1. Tweedle (Air)
2. Noggin (Rock)
3. Toe Jammer (Water)
4. Mammott (Ice)
5. Cybop (Wind, Rock)
6. Quibble (Wind, Water)
7. Pango (Wind, Ice)
8. Fwog (Rock, Water)
9. Drumpler (Rock, Ice)
10. Maw (Water, Ice)
11. Pompom (Wind, Rock, Ice)
12. Congle (Wind, Water, Ice)
13. T-Rox (Rock, Water, Ice)
14. Scups (Wind, Rock, Water)
15. Riff (Wind, Rock, Water, Ice)

There are not many new monsters on this island, but you will more than likely need to breed some of the ones you have already obtained on other islands to reach the three or four element monsters here. Once you have bred or bought all of the monsters in bold above, the trophy will pop.
