There are four happiness percentages that monsters can obtain and this trophy tasks you with getting the highest percentage. Each monster has different things that they like and placing them nearby will boost their gold production per minute. If you want to see what a monster likes, tap on a monster and then tap “Info”. A bio will pop up about the monster you selected. Now tap “Likes” under this menu. The “Likes” menu will show you everything that this monster likes. Place 4 things from this menu near the selected monster and you will make it 100% happy. Also, you can always buy a Unity Tree for 1,000,000 gold which makes every monster on the island 25% happy. Basically, the Unity Tree gives you a base of 25% to start from instead of 0%. You can get this trophy by making any monster 100% happy. Most monster likes will not be available until you are a higher level, so you probably will not get this trophy until you are around level 18 or so. I got the trophy by making a Fwog 100% happy.
