You will receive this on the mission after "all Rhodes lead to morducus" (which gets you an achievement.) get a gold medal and then enter your hanger, once there create a new plane with all 3 star parts. Using one of the two types you unlocked.

You unlock plane parts (and perks) by completing missions with more unlocking if you get higher medals. Since you’re wanting to get gold medals on all the missions, you should get this trophy and the “Hawk” one naturally, as you’ll want to upgrade your plane as soon as possible. You change your parts by editing your plane (or creating a new one) in the hanger. For these trophies, it doesn’t matter the actual parts that you use as long as they’re all of the same level. For this one, make sure you’re choosing all three star parts. For the “Hawk” trophy, make sure they’re all two star.
