This is the last story mission, and along this, you will get 100 % completed.
It's a fairly long mission. You get a little over 9 minutes to complete it, and I got it on my first run with about a minute left. It's really doable! Lots of the other time missions is much more complicated and frustrating. Just keep heading for the green arrows.
It ends with you shooting the top dog.
