If you go on the tutorial in the quick play menu and wait till the second set of enemies when you have the power-ups on the field. Head for the shield in the arch, (make sure your heading towards the temple,) then head up and to the right and you will see the twin option power-up, collect then head to the left to collect the f-beam power-up.

if you activate the shield just before you collect the twin option then boost to the f-beam you should have a good amount of time to collect and activate everything.

I just searched youtube for a more visual guide, and found this. Still think I'm going to try for crazyoaktrees, just wished there was a video.

Crazyoaktree has a good start but I think I've simplified the solution. When you get to the last section of the tutorial with enemies AND special weapons. Fly around until you find the shield power up. You will almost always find the dual guns and the green beam right beside each other. I actually had all 3 icons side by side. Whichever one you get 1rst, activate it immediately and fly towards the next icon then activate that one immediately then fly to the last power up of the three. Again the order you activate them doesn't matter.

P.s. may I recommend you DON'T use speed boost because the power ups are so close you may fly through one before you activated the previous. I actually recommend holding Y so you go slower, since each power up lasts at least 8 seconds. I hope this helps
