Self explanatory. Just to be safe I would recommend trying this on a race with 3 laps and waiting until the 3rd lap to get into first place. As with all other online trophies, boosting is highly recommended.

Just get with a friend. AERIAL track. A simple race, a friend drives 2 laps, then stops. You finish 3rd and finish.

Don't overtake your friend. Follow him (the last one) all the time.
