How to unlock the Sticky Situation achievement in Narcosis - Definitive Guide
Corrupt
Your first chance to get this is in Chapter 2, “Step By Step”. After getting the ID takes from the dead body you will see a cuttlefish guarding a tunnel. You need to swing your knife with it with 
; timing it right so you kill it before it latches onto your face. If you don’t get this here, there are a few other opportunities to get this one, pretty much any cuttlefish encounter. If you don’t have it by the end of the game, you can use chapter select to get this one.

Chapter 5: Back To Normal (in video)
It's a bit of trial and error, though following Magik's advice and move back whilst you're attacking grants you that little more chance with each swing.
It can be done on any Cuttlefish throughout the game if you found a easier spot by a checkpoint. If the Cuttlefish tentacles are wrapped around you and you have to tap
to "break free" then it is voided.
