There are two errors in the comment above: there is a glitchy trophy “Story Assembler” (tested on myself) and a trophy “I Love Ninja Tools!” not skippable, it is completed only after completing the story.

The Story Assembler trophy is glitchy!!!
When collecting all scrolls (108) may not drop!!!
The problem occurs quite often.
You copy the save, for example, before collecting the last scrolls of the Fragment, so that you can replay it if it doesn’t fall out.
