Chapter 6 consists of 2 normal fights and a boss fight. The first is jiraiya versus Naruto fight. The second is jiraiya versus Konan. The boss fight is jiraiya versus pain. The boss fight is split into 3 sections.

The first is a fight against a pain on a giant crab. When it comes onto land just sidestep around it and use rasengan between it's legs. After you run out of chakra, I suggest you back away and regain it. After that just repeat the process until you hit a cutscene QTE. The crab is slow moving and it's attacks are easily avoidable.

The second phase is again 3 pains at the same time. Try to focus on one bringing it's health down to near death and then work on the other 2 one at a time. Once they're all close to death, knock them all down. You'll be prompted to use Y on then and when you do it to all 3 you'll then be prompted to use be when they're grouped together.

After a brief QTE cutscene, you'll be getting beat up by a bunch of pains. Once jiraiya's health drops to about 1/3rd, another cutscenes happens.
