For anyone who's missing a random ultimate jutsu video, go to the Hokage's tower after clearing the game and you'll see a frog sitting there. Talk to it and teleport to Mount Myoboku. Now go into the house and pray to the frog statue. This gives you the Naruto Hokage costume and also allows you to buy Naruto UJ 4.
