This can only be done by visiting the Ichiraku Ramen Shop where you can give certain items to Teuchi that you have collected or received on a mission and he will use them to make you a new type of ramen. Not only that, but Naruto can eat the ramen to increase his maximum chakra. After talking to Teuchi for the first time and accepting the S-Rank mission. Return back to him after collecting some of the ramen ingredients. Speak to him again and select "Pass the ramen ingredients." => "Order List." Here, you'll see a listing of certain ingredient items that he needs to make Naruto a new type of ramen:

3. Chicken Ramen - Requires:

4. Walnut Ramen - Requires:

As you can see in the above listing, there is a total of 20 different ramens that you can create; however, you only need to create 10 out of 20 to unlock Ramen Lover and this trophy. When you create a new type of Ramen, a new product of ramen will be added to the list. I do highly recommend that you attempt to create them all because they increase Naruto's maximum chakra, which is needed for the Naruto Cannon trophies.
