This achievement is called "Celebration Shot (10G)"
In order to receive this achievement, you need to photograph your driver celebrating on top of the car after a win in career mode.
-This may only be done in career mode.
-It has to be your driver that wins.
-To take a screenshot, just pause the game, press photo mode, then press A to take a photo, then press A again to save the photo. Then, the achievement will unlock :D

Also need a hard drive. I only use a 4GB and wouldn't let me take the picture.
"Warning: This features is unavailable without a hard drive.")

Thanks for the input Srad, I'll definitely add that to the solution, just in case others run into that problem. I wasn't aware of that.
