How to unlock the Kingly achievement in NASCAR The Game 2011 - Definitive Guide

Just boost two lap races with flags and damage off and easy AI at Martinsville, shouldn't take more than a few hours, I'm almost halfway there myself. clap

...or if you are trying to get the "Master every track" you complete the career mode (36 wins), then get your wins on every circuit (27x5=135), then clean up the last few by running short wins. I'm working on Mastering them now, and you do those with 1 easy AI, so each track is 4 or 5 Fast laps, and 4 or 5 wins (most have one win from career already, but not all have Fast lap from career :(

I just don't want to win 400 races! I am not doing the target lap part for every track, only knocking out the 5 pole/ win/ lead lap/ fast lap and cycling to the next track.

BTW Bristol is MUCH better...you can do 16 second laps (the target is 16.16, and I am hitting 16 flat).

You don't have to win 400, just 200! facepalm

And you don't have to do a target lap EVERYTIME, just once, so the game records it.

As for Bristol, it's harder to get the Fastest Lap award, 'cause the wall off turn four just eats your car man. laugh

At least at Martinsville, your car doesn't tag the wall so much up off a turn. clap Bristol's too tight, Martinsville gives you room to maneuver.

Yeah, but you only get 36 wins if you play story Recon. facepalm

If you go to Martinsville like I said, you can boost up 200 wins in no time. toast

I agree with this solution for mopping up after career and mastering all tracks, but I stand by Scuzzy that Bristol (if you can stay off the wall) is much faster. Best lap at Martinsville is 19.11, best at Bristol in 15.63 (average 16 or so consistently).

Yeah, but that's if you can stay off the turn four wall, which we all know just eats cars. facepalm

Anyways, I still haven't mastered Texas, Indy, or either of the Daytonas, and I still got this done fast with Martinsville on 2 laps with easy AI anyways. laugh

You're getting on the gas too soon trying to exit turn 4 if you are eating the wall at Bristol. Even if I run into the wall at Bristol I am still running 16s.

Doesn't matter where I get back into the gas in turn four at Bristol, I still eat wall, my car either tightens up and I beeline into the wall, or I get superloose and sail into it.

Anyways, I already have my 200 wins, I just need mastery on Texas, both Daytonas and Indy to finish this title.

I used split screen multiplayer on Brisol for this one. Set up a head to head race against my second controller. I used a turbo controller for player 1 (me) and taped down the gas and the A button. Second controller was rubber banded on the accelerator only.

Start the first race and walk away and do other stuff. The turbo A on the primary controller automatically triggers Race Again. This works for 100 Fast Lap Time achievement and 200 Wins achievement.

You can't get Fast Laps if you walk away, your car will be constantly hitting the wall.

Mastering's gonna take a while though Scuzz, if you thought the gold reward time at Infineon at that Invitational Event was bad (1:20), for the mastery at Infineon, they want 1:18!!! shock

Anyways, quickest way do this, as I said before, and I did this last night too btw, is to just go to Martinsville, 2 lap races, easy AI, no cautions or damage, tire wear and fuel consumption off, and have every assist on except for steering assist. You can turn off all but one car if you want, but then whose gonna keep that one car off your back? laugh

Oh, and at Martinsville, it's pretty easy to pair up this achievement with the 100 Fastest Lap achievement, I got both last night using this method, 'cause nine times out of ten, the AI will NOT get the Fastest Lap in a two-lap race if you're good enough.

If you're not good enough though, turn it up to four laps to give yourself a better chance to get the fastest lap.
