First of all, you need to be playing in Career Mode.
In order to get the full 195 points, you need to:
-Get a First Place Finish(180 points + 5 Bonus Points for winning)
-Lead a Lap (5 Bonus Points)
-Lead the Most Laps (5 Bonus Points)
That adds up to 195 points.
If you are struggling to get this achievement, put all the driver assists as high as possible and put the AI on easy difficulty.
