NASCAR The Game 2011

To get this with a time stamp, you HAVE TO BE PERFECT! The game itself will screw you over when you go take 4 tires. Pit road speed is 55MPH, the game makes your car go 45MPH. Also, as soon as you take your pit stop the AI drivers become actual drivers setting laps of 39 seconds (my best is 40.02, and I saw Tony Stewart get 38.97)
The AI doesn't care if you are in the way...You won't be for long, since they take you out as soon as they get the chance. They hit you, you move. You hit them, you move.

If you don't mind this achievement not having a time stamp, then you should dashboard and go to storage. Find Nascar 2011 and delete the title update.
Save yourself the frustration. (I was swearing at my TV... A lot... most racing sims are kind of cheap that way)
The race becomes laughably easy after you delete the update. They could barely keep up, and I just beat them by over 15 seconds in the 1st race and 10 seconds in the 2nd race.

This achievement is pretty straight forward. You have to finish the 2-race event in 1st place. In the first race you must make a 4 tire pit-stop before the end of the 10 lap race. I find it easiest to make the stop on the first lap, this gives you the rest of the race to get to 1st. The 2nd race is just a 10 lap no stop race. You will start the 2nd race in the position that you finish the 1st race. Just another advantage to finishing in first place.
