How to unlock the Scenic Route achievement in NASCAR Unleashed - Definitive Guide

You'll get this naturally by playing through the game in Championship Mode. You'll drive over everything except sand in the first few races and then sand is unlocked on the first race (Beach Run at Daytona) of the Pro Event in Championship Mode (the 2nd set of races).
