If you haven't gotten this after Championship Mode then just pick the final race and just keep running into other cars and smash into walls too. If you end up getting flipped over or smash into a wall, the game will automatically heal your car so lookout for that.

This will likely happen naturally during Championship Mode just by racing, since the other cars like to smash into you a lot. If it doesn't happen by the time you are finished, then just pick a track and keep boosting and smashing into walls until your car blows up. You can also check your progress towards this trophy in the Trophies section at the Main Menu.
