I found a good way to get the following achievements all at once:
• Ranked Match
• 3 Ranked Streak
• 5 Ranked Streak
• 5 Ranked Matches
• 10 Ranked Matches
• 20 Ranked Matches
This is confirmed because I did it today with a buddy while boosting this game. You need 2 people to do this. You go to the play now menu and click ranked to get a ranked match. It’s been a lot easier to get matched up lately because of 2k11 being out. You have Player A quit out 19 consecutive times until Player B has 19 wins. Then on the 20th game you have to play the whole game and let Player B win. This will give Player B his 20th win and all the above listed achievements all at once. Then you just switch and have Player B quit out so that Player A can get the achievements.

thanks for this awesome tip,i might try it, given that it's seemingly impossible just to win one game online anyway,let alone 3 or 5 in a row, such B.(u kno wut)

If I remember correctly I did it early in the morning like 6-7 AM before I had to go to class and I remember it being pretty easy to get matched up......I would give that a try man. Let me know if this works for you.....if it doesn't I could get a copy of the game from Gamefly and try and help you out sometime.

Does anyone know if these servers are still up, and if the achievement is still attainable?

From everything that I have seen, they should still be up and running. The only thing that is not running are the team-up servers and the file share servers so the game is no longer completable.

I dont have the option that I can find to play ranked. The menu is a joke. I am guessing you have to do those six practice drills and six games first before you can play online. Anyone know if that is true and the ranked server is still up?

You don't have to do anything before playing online. Go to Quick Game and the Ranked option is there at the top. Servers are still up for these win X ranked match achievements.

To start a ranked match, go to Quick Match from the main menu and then press to highlight Ranked in the middle of the screen. You can either get these by actually playing the game, or you can boost them. Boosting is difficult, though, because there aren't any lobbies so you have to find your partner just by searching. As the game has been out longer, it gets easier to get matched up with someone.

If you boost, you only have to actually play one game. After tip-off, your partner can quit the game and you will get credit for the win. They can do this 19 times and then on your 20th win, you have to actually play the whole game and win. Once you win, you should unlock all of the other ranked win achievements.

You have to make sure you get all 20 wins within a month, however. The servers are reset on the first of every month so if you have 19 wins in one month, then you will have to get another 20 the next month to get the achievement.
