ok there are 6 total games in the summer circuit. this is a pain in the ass but with some patience this can be done. I made myself a pass first point guard.
In the first 2 or 3 games i didnt do that well seeings i was trying to figure out what to do but the last 3 or 4 games i made sure i did all 3 of the objectives........ones like hold your opponent under a certain amount of pts, dont commit more than certain amount of turnovers isnt hard to do.......and 5 or 6 assists, as well as getting at least C+/B-. you can quit the match and start it over until you get 3 objectives that best fit you. Once you get something to work with complete your 3 objectives and try to get at least an A-. I think you will pass with B's but to be safe i made sure i had A's, you can do that with assists, good picks, rebounds, being in position........and i suggest when you do well in a short period quit and save when there is a dead ball and come back, that way if you screw up you can quit out without saving and come back to where you saved. That is where the pain in the ass is but little by little you will get there until you make it to training camp

If they give you really hard goals like getting your opponent to commit 2 fouls or making a 3-pointer when your ratings suck, you can just dashboard and reload your MyPlayer and when you go to Play Next Game it will be different goals. Makes it a little easier.

See Training Camp Trophy. The Summer Circuit is what you play in right when you start your My Player. There are six games that you have to complete. It doesn't really matter what your rank is or how well you play because, most likely, a team will invite you to their training camp. I got B's and C's my first time through and the team I started on, the Magic, didn't want me anymore but other teams did and once I selected a team, I got the achievement.
