To attain this achievement, you have to create a player in the My Player mode.
Simply go to the main menu of the game.
Click on the tab that states "My Player"
Then click on the tab that states "New"
When it loads, you can take the time to customize the player, or you can just keep the default settings.

Once you start my player mode you will have to create a player. After you finish creating your player the trophy will unlock.
