To attain this achievement, you must upload a file online.
In the main menu of the game, go to "FEATURES."
Then go to that tab that stats "2k Share"
Then go and upload just about anything.
I recommend simply doing game sliders. Got to "Upload Game Sliders," use the default sliders, type in your name, put in a quick description and there you have it.

*Unattainable due to 2K Sports closing the online servers*
From the main menu > features > 2K share > upload either your saved game slides, rosters, or created team. After it uploads to the 2K server, the trophy will appear.

To attain this, go to Features>2K Share then go and upload anything of your choice. The easiest is to upload your Game Sliders by just using the default one and adding your name. Easy 15 points here.
