Go to you system settings - console settings - clock - time zone and scroll all the way down to GMT + 14 Kiribati and select it .Than clear your cache and back out and go into the game menu search ranked at the same time as your friend and you will be matched up everytime although i ran into a few randoms . When the game starts either you or the other person quit out after tip off 4 times than play and win the 5th game . Shortly after the game is over the achievement will pop . If somehow it doesnt work please leave a comment so i may edit to help others in the future .

Simple. Win 5 Ranked matches in Team-up crew matches, or 1 on 1 matches. Well, not simple, some of the people I've played against are pretty good. Then again, playing as the Blazers, you tend to lose in general.

This glitched for me and unlocked along with the win 10 games achievement.
