You have to win either a pick up game or a crew game. You can boost this late and night early in the morning if you are having trouble getting this legit. If you're getting this legit just make good passes and play as a team. You must win a complete game the achievement won't unlock if the other teams quits out.

Can be done alongside Keep Your Friends Close but you need to win a Team-Up game for One for All anyway. Simply win a team-up game either by yourself or with up to 4 friends. This mode lets you invite them in. Can easily be boosted using the timezone method from Jackson.
