How to unlock the Blackjack achievement in NBA 2K12 - Definitive Guide

Hit me! Hit me again! Hit me...Ah BUST!

This game of blackjack is tough to do! Win a game of 21 against 3 CPU opponents without letting anyone else score? Really? That is impossible!

Not really. Instead of playing against 3 CPU opponents play against 3 controllers. That's right! Despite the achievement stating 3 CPU opponents you can actually get this with three extra controllers.

Connect your extra controllers and select your players. After you select your players assign those players to Player 2, Player 3, and Player 4.

Show those guys whose boss at this blackjack table!

Great solution! I only have 3 controllers, so the 4th CPU guy was a pain in the ass a couple games, but I managed to get it on my 3rd or 4th try.

This is shockingly easy. When you're selecting characters to play in 21, press Y to bring up game options.

Difficulty - Rookie
Clear Ball After Miss - Yes
Number of Free Throws After Basket - UNLIMITED
Need to Get 21 Exactly - No

I used John Stockton and played against the bottom 3 players on the list. I think they were Sean Bradley, Tree Rollins, and Muresan.

They're all big guys with terrible handles and 3 point shooting, so with Stockton you ought to be able to hit the 3 pointer to give you possession at the beginning of the game.

If you ever don't have the ball, it's easy to steal it, and if you get called for a reach-in foul, you can always try again after you give back the ball.

Stockton is a great FT shooter too. I missed 1, but it was pretty easy to get the ball back. A little luck is involved, but this is probably the easiest way to get this achievement without cheating.

Took me 1 try.

Excellent Solution, I used Mark Price, for some reason I kept missing with Stockton but hit them all on my first try with Price. Thanks a bunch.
