Quite simple - you must accumulate 5 million dollars to buy the package - I got it during my 4th season - after 3 seasons you should accumulate close to 5 million, then you get that big free agent contract which will easily take you over the 5 million mark a few weeks into the 4th season.

Should add to turn autosave off, and spend that money on something more useful.

Firstly, for this you first need $5M.
Hit the right stick and enter the My Player menus then go to.
MyPlayer>MyPurchases.
Go down to dunk package then scroll over to find Jordan's purchase for $5M and the achievement is acquired right away.

It's worth mentioning you need to play at LEAST 2 seasons to get this achievement. Most times 3 full seasons since you need to get a new contract before being able to afford this.

In the My Player menu, go to "My Purchases" Under Signature moves you have the option to buy dunk packages. "Air Jordan" is the package you want to buy here.
*If you do not want to waste your money, turn autosave off, buy the Dunk package, unlock achievement and reload save to keep your 5M.*
