For this one you have to make sure that you are playing on at least 5 minute quarters, other than that you can do whatever you want to get that end to end win.
An easy way I found was simply to boost all of your shooting to 100 and all of the cpu shooting to 0.

The only setting that matters for this achievement is the quarter length. 5 minute quarters are minimum for this achievement.
Other then that, you can turn off all NBA rules, and turn User/Computer Sliders up/down.
From start to finish you need to keep the lead. If you have sliders on this won't be a problem.
